Supported by VIA Consult GmbH & Co. KG, Olpe, Grünewald Paper is working on a project to highly improve the efficiency of material resources in the company. The aim is to detect the potential for reduction of material use and then to minimize it.

The first step is an analysis of the order process in its entirety. In the second step the quantified potentials are transferred into precise actions for direct implementation in all divisions.

The effects of this project are expected to be considerable material economies and a harmonization of workflow.
